TourSync LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the TourSync mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
TourSync does not collect, store, or share personal information from users.
The App may access the following features solely to support its functionality:
No personal data is transmitted to external servers by TourSync.
All data used by the App (including notes, configurations, and tour content) is stored locally on the user’s device or retrieved from publicly available content sources configured by the organization using the app.
We do not maintain user accounts or store user data on our servers.
The App may retrieve content from external sources (such as GitHub-hosted files) configured by the organization using the app. These services are controlled by the organization, not TourSync LLC.
TourSync does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
Because data is stored locally on the device, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices.
The App is intended for use by museum staff and volunteers. It is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date above.
